Ok it looks like the new zip I uploaded didn't fix the problem for https://archive.org/details/ldpd_11549747_003 so I'm going to try again with a different zip file and hopefully that will fix it, thanks for showing me how to check the zip images, that's really helpful!

Let me know what your investigation into https://archive.org/details/ldpd_11664312_000 uncovers and if you need any more information from me about it.

Thanks!

Jeff,

I remember what the issue was with this item: https://archive.org/details/ldpd_11549747_003. I have tried several times to reupload the zip with the files in the correct order but since the zip file is about 10 GB I can't reupload it using the 'classic uploader' button but instead have to use the 'tree root' uploader, but for this particular item it won't let me reupload this way and just shows a spinning wait cursor for hours and hours, never fully uploading the new zip file. I know it usually takes several hours to reupload using the tree root, I've done it several times before for zips of a similar size, but I've left it overnight for this item and it hasn't completed. Is there another way for me to reupload the image files for this item? Or would it just be easier for you to delete this item and for me to upload the entire item again, although I would want to use the same identifier.

Let me know what you think! Thanks!

you can use the html5 upload page to add files to an existing item:
go to https://archive.org/upload?identifier=ldpd_11549747_003 > click return > drag/select files to upload > click "Add file(s) to item" button

That worked! Thanks so much, that's much easier than the tree root uploader. Now that item (https://archive.org/details/ldpd_11549747_003) is all set, have you been able to find the cause of the map display issue with item https://archive.org/details/ldpd_11664312_000? Should I try to reupload the files again using the html5 uploader?
